This notice explains how professional information submitted through this website is collected and used in connection with the Nordic AML & Financial Crime Leaders Forum.
Who is responsible
Awesome Content AS is the data controller for information submitted through this website and is the organiser and administrator of the forum, including the Founding Interest List and forum communications.

What information is collected
Through the Founding Interest List: first name, last name, job title, institution, institution type, country, work email address, an optional LinkedIn profile URL, a description of your primary AML/FCP responsibility, and any optional comments you choose to provide.
Through the newsletter signup: your email address only. No special categories of personal data are requested, and no tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Why it is collected
To assess eligibility and interest in the forum, to compose a balanced participant group across countries and institution types, and to communicate about the forum and future editions.
The legal basis is legitimate interest in professional business-to-business communication for the Founding Interest List, and consent for the newsletter. You may withdraw at any time.
Sharing
Information is not sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes. It is accessible only to those administering the forum and to service providers hosting the website and database on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
Under Chatham House Rule, participant identities and affiliations are never published in connection with specific statements made in the forum.
Retention
Founding Interest List submissions are retained while the forum programme is active and relevant to you, and deleted on request or when no longer needed. Newsletter details are retained until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, object to its use, or request a copy of the data you provided. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. Only those administering the forum can read submitted information.
